One of the challenges facing Torah-observant believers today is that the word Natsarim can mean very different things depending on who is using it.

Watchmen of Israel wants to help bring clarity to that identity.

We believe Scripture, together with the historical record of the earliest followers of Yeshua, gives us a meaningful picture of what it means to be Natsarim. Our goal is to carefully define those beliefs and practices, explain why we believe they are Biblical, and give believers a clear standard by which teachings and teachers can be evaluated.

Watchmen of Israel already publicly teaches the core beliefs and practices that we believe define the Natsarim faith. As we continue to grow, we also intend to develop a directory of teachers and ministries that we have reviewed and can recommend to believers seeking trustworthy instruction.

A teacher appearing on that list would not mean that Watchmen of Israel agrees with that person on every secondary issue, nor would it mean that any teacher is beyond correction. It would mean that, after review, we believe that teacher substantially represents the Scriptural principles we consider foundational to the Natsarim walk

Our purpose is not to create a new religious system, but to help restore the faith and way of life taught in Scripture and practiced by Yeshua, the apostles, and the earliest Natsarim.

We want Watchmen of Israel to become a trustworthy place for believers asking:

What is a Natsarim believer, what do they believe and practice, and who can I safely learn from?
